The RightTouch
Internship Program
A structured, real-world learning experience designed to build careers — not just résumés — through the breadth and depth of nonprofit consulting.
Why We Created This Program
RightTouch Solutions was built on a simple belief: nonprofits deserve the same quality of strategic, operational, and compliance support as any corporation — without the price tag that puts it out of reach. Every day, we work with organizations trying to change lives: restoring IRS status for a foundation that sends kids on college tours, helping a faith-based ministry become legally compliant, building board governance for an organization serving inner-city youth.
This program is an extension of that same belief — applied to students. Interns at RightTouch gain access to real client work, real decisions, and real outcomes. We are not assigning busy work. We are inviting you into the room. In return, we ask that you show up curious, accountable, and ready to grow.
DOL Primary Beneficiary Standard — How This Program Qualifies
- Training is tied to academic coursework and credit — not replacement of paid staff
- All intern work complements, not supplants, existing operations
- No expectation of employment or compensation is created during or after the program
- Duration is limited to the learning period (10 weeks), aligned with the academic calendar
- RightTouch will confirm school credit alignment before placement is finalized
