i. The conversation that brought us here
A foundation that has done the right things is now ready for the next door.

Six years of faithfulness...

Miracle Honesty Foundation has been doing the work since 2019. From youth programs, housing support, domestic violence advocacy, crisis resources, community engagement, the organization's website tells a story of an active, multi-front effort to serve Georgia families in real and tangible ways. What Male Atkins has brought to this conversation was not a startup dream; it is a functioning organization with a track record, a clear mission, and a growing urgency to stop leaving grant dollars on the table.

What stands between Miracle Honesty Foundation and confident grant pursuit is not the work, it is the infrastructure that funders are looking for before they open the door. This engagement will be focused on building everything behind the scenes that matches what is already happening on the ground, so the next time a grant opportunity surfaces, the answer is not "we are not ready" but "HIT SUBMIT."

ii. What Miracle Honesty Foundation is building
Multi-pillar, multi-population, and ready to be seen.

A whole community under
one mission roof.

Miracle Honesty Foundation does not serve one population or operate one program. It has organized itself across youth development, housing, domestic violence support, crisis intervention, mental wellness, and emergency aid. That breadth is a strength along with a grant positioning opportunity when communicated with the right infrastructure behind it.

Program Area 01
Youth Development

Multi-department youth programs serving ages 7–18 across Business & Entrepreneurship, STEM, Technology & AI, Media Arts, Music, and Trade Skills.

Program Area 02
Housing & Safe Haven

Miracle Safe Haven is housing for up to 75–100 women and children, with a 7-acre land development project underway in Conyers, Georgia.

Program Area 03
Domestic Violence Support

Emergency rescue care packages, emergency funding for survivor safety, and comprehensive case management restoring participants to stable community life.

Program Area 04
Crisis & Mental Wellness

Counseling, support groups, community crisis access coordination, and connection to the Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL) for 24/7 support.

Program Area 05
Emergency Aid

Help on Wheels program providing food, hygiene kits, medical supplies, and clothing directly to women and children in immediate need.

Program Area 06
Community Advocacy

Faith-aligned community engagement, domestic violence awareness, and non-discrimination policy covering gender identity and sexual orientation.

iii. What we surfaced in our conversation
Honest observations that will shape how we build.

Findings that define
the work ahead.

These are not obstacles, they are honest assessments about where we are and what needs to be in place before a funder sees the inside of this house. Every item below is solvable, and most are straightforward.

Bylaws Need Review & Modernization

For an organization to be grant-competitive, its governing documents need to reflect current best practices like conflict of interest policies, clear board roles and authorities, and language that funders and auditors expect to find. A bylaws review and modernization is the first structural step in this engagement.

No Centralized Organizational Identity (Email & Storage)

Grant applications, funder correspondence, document storage, and organizational records all need to live in one centralized, professional home, not personal inboxes or personal cloud drives. Google Workspace for Nonprofits gives Miracle Honesty Foundation a free, professional, scalable home base. We will set it up from start to finish.

Candid / GuideStar & Charity Navigator Profiles Not Maximized

Funders, major foundations and corporate giving programs alike, routinely look up an organization on Candid and Charity Navigator before making a funding decision. A sparse or unclaimed profile signals immaturity (even if not ture). A complete, verified, and narrative-rich profile signals credibility. We will build those profiles to work for Miracle Honesty Foundation, not against it.

990-EZ Preparation for Next Filing Year

The Form 990-EZ is not just a compliance document, it is a public-facing record that funders read. Getting ahead of the next filing with proper preparation means the financial narrative on that return tells the right story about the organization's programs, expenditures, and governance. We will position Miracle Honesty Foundation to file confidently and on time.

Donor Communications Need Standardization

IRS-compliant gift acknowledgment letters, a clear "Non-Santa Approach" to communicating needs, and a relationship-building donor stewardship rhythm are all absent or informal. This engagement will standardizes the full donor communication system.

Program Descriptions Written in Activity Language, Not Outcomes Language

The current website and program language describes what Miracle Honesty Foundation does (activities) but funders fund outcomes. "We taught a business class to 25 students" becomes "25 youth ages 11–14 developed and presented business plans with the financial literacy skills to open their first accounts." This engagement rewrites the program narrative in the language that grant reviewers respond to.

No Systematic Grant Database or Submission Infrastructure

The goal of this engagement is not just to get grant-ready once but it is to build a self-sustaining system. A curated grant database matched to Miracle Honesty Foundation's program areas, combined with grant education for the team, means the next grant opportunity is not a scramble but a well thought out process. Whether MHF hires a dedicated grant writer or handles submissions internally, the infrastructure we build makes either path viable.

RightTouch Solutions will never hand you a binder and walk away. We work with you as an invited guest. We build alongside you, and when we are done, you know why every piece is in place and how to keep it there long after this engagement ends.
